Kathryn Thomas is bringing her one day event back to Dublin on April 13th 2019 to the Pavilion at Leopardstown Race Course. Join the team for a day of fun, food and fitness. Get a great taster of the Pure Results Retreats packed into 1 day of Food, Fun and Fitness!
This action packed day kicks off with an energetic morning disco, followed by some of our favourite classes such as Boxercise, Circuits and Bands & Bells. We will also have some fantastic food and nutritional demonstrations and advice, plus many more surprises!

Where is the venue? Leopardstown Racecourse is located just six miles from Dublin city centre. Find directions to Leopardstown
What time is check in? Check in is at 9.00am on the day of the event
Is there parking? Yes. Free car parking available.
What will I wear/bring to the event? Please wear comfortable work out gear (whatever you would normally wear exercising/at the gym)
Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a small towel.

Is my ticket transferrable? Yes, your ticket is transferrable to another person. Your ticket is non-refundable and cannot be used against any other Pure Results programme or product.
