Kathryn Thomas

Company Founder

Kathryn is the television presenter of the very successful Operation Transformation, The Voice and Irelands Fittest Family on RTE. Her passion for adventure and being in the outdoors was clear when she spent 10 years on our screens, travelling the world with “No Frontiers.” She has completed many challenges including climbing Kilimanjaro and the Himalayas, the Ironman, half-marathons and trekking in the jungles of Papua New Guinea. Kathryn believes everyone at some stage in their life, should accomplish something that pushes them outside their comfort zone. She set up Pure Results so that others could feel the benefits of a health and fitness kickstart as she has done. Having attended many residential camps worldwide she has been witness to the health benefits, that clients come away with- not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

Roisín (Ro) is a mum of two little girls and a fitness and running enthusiast. She loves helping people push outside their comfort zone and achieve things they didn’t think were possible. She understands the challenges of getting back into fitness whilst juggling a family and all the other things that get in the way so would love to help people do the same. She wants to help clients make getting back into running & fitness fun fun fun!

Niall O'Callaghan

Camp Manager & Trainer

Niall is a true Pure Results pillar. As well as being a Fitness Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Niall is also a Professional Life Coach. He’s the man to get you fit, healthy and happy. He’s an experienced marathon runner, adventure racer and triathlete. Specialising in fitness instruction and mindset coaching, he’s the focused motivator helping our clients strive towards their goals while gaining confidence. Taking care of mind as well as body, he believes in a structured, strategic and organised approach to Health, Fitness & Wellbeing. He believes there’s great potential in every individual to achieve whatever it is they set their hearts on. And with his help, our guests smash their goals and have fun along the way.

Susanne Lynch

Camp Manager & Trainer

Susanne is a qualified Personal Trainer, gym Instructor and Group fitness Instructor. She absolutely loves teaching classes and that instant hit of happiness she can give to people! She specialises in teaching group boxercise and strength and conditioning. Susanne also teaches a running class. Her passion is running and getting outdoors to train. She is an extremely good motivator and has the ability to gently push people to give 110%. Everyone leaves her classes with a smile and a massive sense of achievement and that to Susanne is the greatest feeling in the world. She is also a mother to six amazing children! As a mother she understands the importance of exercise and wellness for woman! She absolutely loves what she does and feels so lucky to be able to help people reach their goals!

Sarah Moloney

Camp Manager

Sarah is a passionate Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and ex professional dancer. Her main role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. Having trained all over the world, she loves to see clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs.

Growing up dancing and playing sport, it seemed inevitable to progress into the world of health and fitness. Now, her passion and experiences in fitness have broadened to include weight training, aerobics, running, yoga, hiking and more. Her goal is to equip all clients with not only the skills, but also the knowledge of how to reach fitness and health goals. Sarah loves to teach all different types of classes and group training sessions and enjoys constantly learning and upgrading her education.

She is delighted to be a team member with Pure Results.

Robyn Fitzsimons

Trainer

Robyn is a personal trainer, qualified yoga practitioner and group fitness instructor. A holistic style of training is commonplace with her as she believes that a healthy mind brings a healthy body.  With over 6 years’ experience in fitness training and clients from all over Ireland.  Robyn believes personal training is a great tool to help you reach your fitness goals. Robyn strives to bring a complete circle of health to her client’s lives by Creating a healthier body but most importantly a healthier mind set.

She aims to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. Robyn creates a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.

Willie Healy

Trainer

Willie Healy has been working full-time in the Health and Fitness industry since 2002 as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Neuromuscular Therapist. He is also a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) and has Cycling Ireland and IRFU (Irish Rugby Football Union) coaching qualifications.

Willie is based in Ennis, Co. Clare where he works with local sports clubs and individual clients on a Personal Training basis and in Group Classes.  Away from the gym, Willie also works as a Presenter.  He has a lot of experience speaking on health and fitness related topics for sports teams, community groups and corporate clients, as well as at fashion shows and wedding fairs.  When it comes to health and fitness, Willie believes in keeping it simple and sticking to the basics and doing them as consistently as possible!

Niamh Martin

Trainer

Niamh is a passionate Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specialising in Pre & Post Natal fitness. She helps clients to experience the lasting benefits of a healthier lifestyle by implementing simple and consistent changes. She creates confidence by motivating and encouraging clients to achieve their goals, be it weight & fat loss or flexibility & mobility improvement. Niamh believes exercise must be enjoyable, that eating for health must be flavourful but most importantly, that progress over perfection is the key to an improved lifestyle. Applying this knowledge leads to clients successfully achieving their goals and maximises their results. Niamh practices meditation and mindfulness, both elements of a healthy lifestyle which are overlooked and underutilized. She believes discipline, organisation and a positive attitude ignite change and growth. It’s time to be comfortable with the uncomfortable!

Ronan Martin

Trainer

Ronan is a Certified Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor. Having retired from playing Gaelic football after 20 years, Ronan has developed from been coached to being a coach, over those years he has developed a keen interest in health & fitness and now loves taking groups of people through rewarding HIIT, circuit and resistance-based classes. Ronan hopes to inspire others to become the best version of themselves through Nutrition & Exercise.

Motivating people to be the best versions of themselves is what Ronan love waking up to do every day. Ronan’s desire is to reveal the joy, pride, and strength that comes with living an active life.  He believes everyone deserves to experience how great their bodies were designed to feel.

Martin O’Hagan

Trainer

Martin is a native of County Mayo, he is a certified Gym Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, he has a passion for Gaelic football which currently has him involved as a strength and conditioning coach with the Mayo Ladies Gaelic football development squads. Martin spent some time in the United States where he was an intern at the world-renowned Michael Boyle Strength & Conditioning centre in Boston Massachusetts where he was tutored in all aspects of strength, conditioning and functional training.

Martin competes in long distance running and regularly lines out for his local athletics club taking part in regional and national cross-country races and track events.  Martin uses his humour and witty character to bring fun and enthusiasm to his fitness sessions, he believes in creating a positive and energy filled environment to bring out the best in his clients.

Jennifer O’Callaghan

Nutritional Therapist, Health & Wellness Coach

Jennifer is the very lady to help you see food and diet differently. She’s a qualified Nutritional Therapist and a member of the Institute of NTOI (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland). Combining her experience in both science and health, she’s the total wellbeing package. Jen is all about the benefits. Nutrition is more than calories and diets; it’s vitality and happiness. Jen has worked at the boot camp for the last 4 years, by helping Bootcampers embrace a holistic approach to nutrition and wellbeing, she teaches all guests how to stay healthy and happy. Running her own business, Everyday NFW in Ballincollig, Jen consults with clients on weight loss, sports performance, digestion, fertility, stress and other health challenges. She reckons better choices come from education, so she passionately spreads the word on all things nutrition and wellbeing. Thanks to her super savviness, infectious passion and hands-on approach, she’s helped companies, schools, community groups and bootcamp guests shed weight, stay fit and embrace a balanced, happy lifestyle. Her passion for Nutrition and Wellbeing ensures her continuous educational and professional development in this ever-changing and growing field. She is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and has completed a foundation of learning with the IFM.

Anne Prendiville

Nutritionist

Anne is a qualified Nutritionist and a member of NTOI (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland). Anne believes good nutrition is practical and balanced, not diets and deprivation.  With every meal, we have an opportunity to improve our wellbeing! Running her own start-up business, Anne does one-to-one consultations with clients on digestive health, weight loss, sports performance, skin health and other health issues. She sees her role as helping clients make better choices more and more often.  Her plans are personalised, addressing each client’s health concerns, their goals and suit their budget, lifestyle and daily commitments. And eating well does not have to be boring or tasteless – healthy food can be enjoyable!

Erica Drum

Chef

Our Bootcamp chef Erica Drum is an excitable, energetic and enthusiastic foodie. She has worked within the hospitality industry for over 17 years and was brought up in a culinary household. Along with being our camp chef, Erica works freelance as a private chef, cookery instructor & food stylist. Erica loves nothing more than to feed people delicious healthy food and teach others how to cook it all from scratch. She loves to inspire and encourage others to cook wholesome, simple and nutritious snacks and meals without compromising on taste and flavour. Locally sourcing products is very important to Erica and using the incredible ingredients we have to hand here in Ireland throughout the seasons. Food is one of the biggest factors towards our health and wellbeing and Erica is determined that everyone enjoys the healthy dishes she makes. “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”  Hippocrates. When not in the kitchen you can find her doing front stroke in the pool or downward dog on the yoga mat!

Cassandra Buckley

Trainer

Cassandra is a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, group trainer, class instructor, Kids and teens coach.

With a passion for sports Cassandra is a retired Kerry senior ladies footballer and is currently the strength and conditioning coach with the Kerry minor ladies football team, helping the next generation achieve their goals and dreams. Being a team player for many years Cassandra brings that element of ‘working as a team’ to groups at Pure Results Bootcamps, encouraging everyone to work hard, reach their potential and have fun.
Cassandra teaches classes such as high intensity classes, circuit training, and resistance-based classes. Encouraging, motivating and inspiring clients to achieve goals. Cassandra believes wellness aspect of training is so important, ensuring clients feel the benefits both inside and out. Cassandra gives clients knowledge on functional movement, good posture and mobility to enhance clients training.

Lorna Cooper

Trainer

Lorna is a native of the picturesque Kenmare Co. Kerry and is a graduate of IT Tralee with an honours degree in Health & Leisure studies with specialisations in Activity Leadership, Personal Training and Outdoor Pursuits. Passionate about fitness and sport from a very young age playing basketball and GAA, her current fitness interests include Crossfit, Coastal Rowing and participating in adventure races.

A fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Lorna believes that health & fitness are central to one’s overall wellbeing. With this in mind, she adopts a friendly, helpful and holistic approach when helping both group classes and individual clients achieve their goals. Whether that is weight loss on a 1-1 basis, strength and conditioning with GAA teams and Rowing Crews or general overall health & fitness with groups.

Having an upbeat attitude and being task oriented makes Lorna a wonderful motivator – when you think you’re done, she will get more out of you!

When not training, Lorna enjoys travelling, going to gigs, kayaking, hiking and going to the cinema.
