Kathryn Thomas

Company Founder

Kathryn is the television presenter of the very successful Operation Transformation and The Voice on RTE. Her passion for adventure and being in the outdoors was clear when she spent 10 years on our screens, travelling the world with “No Frontiers.” She has completed many challenges including climbing Kilimanjaro and the Himalyas, the Ironman, half- marathons and trekking in the jungles of Papua New Guinea. Kathryn believes everyone at some stage in their life, should accomplish something that pushes them outside their comfort zone. She set up Pure Results so that others could feel the benefits of a health and fitness kickstart as she has done. Having attended many residential camps world wide she has been witness to the health benefits, that clients come away with- not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

Niall O'Callaghan

Camp Manager & Trainer

Niall is a true Pure Results pillar. As well as being a Fitness Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Niall is also a Professional Life Coach. He’s the man to get you fit, healthy and happy. He’s an experienced marathon runner and adventure racer, as well as a keen triathlete. Specialising in fitness instruction and athletics coaching, he’s the focused pusher helping our guests lose pounds and gain confidence. Taking care of mind as well as body, he believes in a structured, strategic and organised approach to Health, Fitness & Wellbeing (most of the time). He believes there’s great potential in every individual to achieve whatever it is they set their hearts on. And with his help, our guests smash their goals and have fun along the way.

Robyn Fitzsimons

Pure Results Head Trainer

Robyn is a Certified Personal Trainer,  Class Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor. She specialises in strength training & conditioning as well as weight-loss programs, and aims to make a positive impact by sharing her knowledge of health and fitness,while also serving as a healthy role model! “Men and women of all ages, fitness levels and abilities can turn their lives around with the right guidance and perseverance. I’ve seen this happen time and time again with Pure Results clients who make massive progress after 7 days with us and continue to do so long after the 2 week aftercare programme.” .. “When you learn to love a healthy lifestyle, you’ll love to live a healthy life. Mark Molumby

Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor

Mark Molumby has been in the fitness industry since 2008. He is a qualified personal trainer, gym instructor, and group fitness instructor. While he specialises in group fitness and fitness camp training, he is also a qualified Fit Kid’s Instructor, Older Adults Trainer, Spin Cycle Instructor, Thump Advanced Boxing and Kickboxing Instructor, Master Trainer and more. He has written fitness programmes for clients and also for a philosophy website plus a health and fitness blog. Mark has a keen interest in understanding why people do what they do. He has an interest in philosophy, psychology, sociology, neurology, and lots of other “ology’s. Mark’s fitness philosophy is that “Mindset is Everything”. Mark brings enthusiasm, humour and encouragement to his classes so that his clients laugh their way to a healthier and fitter self.

James Brennan

Personal Trainer/ Fitness Instructor

James is the latest trainer to join the Pure Results team. He is highly qualified in everything sports related and now specialises in HIIT training and strength and conditioning training. He has vast experience in many different sports including football and soccer having reached country level in both at different age groups. In 2015 he successfully completed his UEFA Youth License which allows him to coach at a professional level. In 2015 he began competing in bodybuilding and participating in both RIBBF and NABBA National championships. James enjoys the challenge of working with large groups and believes that being a trainer is extremely rewarding!

Jennifer O'Callaghan

Nutritional Therapist, Health & Wellness Coach

Jennifer is the very lady to help you see food and diet differently. She’s a qualified Nutritional Therapist and a member of the Institute of NTOI (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland). Combining her experience in both science and health, she’s the total wellbeing package. Jen is all about the benefits. Nutrition is more than calories and diets; it’s vitality and happiness. By helping Bootcampers embrace a holistic approach to nutrition, she teaches all guests how to stay healthy and happy. Running her own start­up business, Nutrition4Living in Ballincollig, Jen consults with clients on weight loss, sports performance, fertility, stress and other health challenges. She reckons better choices come from education so she passionately spreads the word on all things nutrition. Thanks to her super savviness, infectious passion and hands-on approach, she’s helped communities, schools and bootcamp guests shed weight, stay fit and embrace a balanced, happy lifestyle.

Michele McCormack

Resident Chef

With 25 years experience, Michele ticks all the boxes when it comes to cooking. Her wealth of knowledge has come together from spending many years in Hospitality Management and specialising as a Personal Chef for private and corporate functions both in Ireland and her native New Zealand. Michele firmly believes in using pure, natural ingredients “when we are cooking with unrefined and unprocessed ingredients we are not only nourishing our body and mind, we are investing in long term health. It is always such a pleasure to see our clients leave Bootcamp with glowing skin and eyes and with an abundance of energy”. Michele is an avid hillwalker and an all year round outdoor water swimmer and can be found mostly in her kitchen adapting and experimenting to make healthier recipes.  Nothing delights her more than teaching cooking skills and nourishing clients, family and friends with her creative fusion cooking style and recipes

Shane Rigney

Resident Chef

Shane Rigney, chef of Pure Results Bootcamp, specializes in nutrition to fuel peak performance both in work and your daily fitness routines. The Pure Results program is focused on clean eating made up of gluten free, sugar free, dairy free menu where Shane creates a selection of  tasty, clean eating dishes to ensure optimal nutrition for clients. Shane is passionate about providing clients with real wholefoods free from processed ingredients. His recipes include classic favourites with a twist that steer clear of fad diets or food group exclusions.
Shane has worked with Ben Dunne Gyms, Golden Irish Eggs and Dell providing nutritional advice both in the workplace and online. His recipes and advice have been featured across multiple digital platforms such as Lovin Dublin and in print for publications such as The Dublin Gazette.

Aisling Kelly

Client Services Manager

Aisling joined Pure Results in January 2015 as Client Bookings Manager. Aisling is the first point of contact for our clients, from initial queries up until camp. She is available at all times to answer any questions that you have and support you in any way that she can!
“Our clients range from 16 to 65 years of age, men and women, all fitness levels, and all abilities. The most common question I am asked is “Will I be able for it?”,  and having seen such dramatic results , the answer is “Of course! There is no competition. Everyone works to the best of their ability and gives 100% all of the time. There is a real sense of comeraderie with the groups, encouragement and motivation on another level!”

Paul Byrne

Consultant

Paul is the director/owner of BodyByrne and the President of NABBA Ireland (National Amateur Body Building Association) and President of the World Fitness Federation Ireland. He has trained everyone from Olympic athletes to beginners to get them in their best physical shape.  Paul is one of Ireland most experienced personal trainers who still has a passion for fitness. He has been a personal trainer for over 27 years and always delivers amazing results!

Linda Thomas

Director of Business Development

Linda has joined the Pure Results team as Director of New Business Development. With over 10 years of marketing and business experience, Linda is in charge of the overall business strategy, developing new relationships and looking at growing the Pure Results brand and partnerships both in Ireland and overseas. Prior to joining Pure Results, Linda spent 5 years working at Google, 3 of which was in the US where she worked on the digital strategy and brand deals for some of the worlds leading accounts.  Passionate about business, the start-up world and trends in the fitness & wellness industry, Linda brings a new approach to Pure Results. Also a fitness fanatic like sister Kathryn, Linda loves running, yoga, hiking, spinning and generally being in the great outdoors. With an addiction to travel and having spent the past 3 years living in LA the fitness and wellness mecca of the world, Linda helps bring these insights to Pure Results and help put us on the map.

Chelsea Vaughan

Marketing Intern

Chelsea has recently joined Pure Results as a summer intern to assist the team and gain experience following her final year in college. A former student of Business & German, she is eager to learn the ins-and-outs of running a business and working for Pure Results gives her the perfect insight!

She assists the team in the development of the website and and helps to organise the imagery and data which has been compiled by the rest of the team. Chelsea believes that working with Pure Results is  great for her in terms of her future in marketing and business, “it’s a very cool opportunity to work with Kathryn and all of  the Pure Results team.”
