We are so excited to announce our new online health and wellness programme.. By signing up to our new private facebook group, you get access to our monthly family meal plan, workouts with Kathryn, live daily classes, weekly yoga, wellness and nutrition workshops as well as live chat with Kathryn and special guests every Sunday evening.
Our live workouts with our amazing trainers are 3 times a week and suitable for all levels. If you cant join us live, don’t worry, they are recorded and posted for you to do in your own time. We also have kid friendly classes to keep the family moving and lets face it, try and give you a moment for a much needed coffee break.
There has never been a more important time to relax and recenter. Restoration in times of stress is key. Join our incredibly talented instructor Cara every Thursday who will remind us to breathe, bend and be in the moment. Her sessions are for beginners to intermediate. They will also be there for you online as and when you need them.
