This weekend’s recovery formula is in the form of a juice and omelette. Enjoy!

Juice

Pineapples (anti-inflammatory properties)

Avocado

Pear and Apples

15g Hemp Protein

Omelette (serves 1

2 eggs

1 cup Spinach

50g – 60g Turkey breast

1/4 Onion

  • 1.Put 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in a pan
  • 2.Add fresh cut spinach and onions
  • 3.Add 3 slices of chicken or turkey breast by cutting them into small pieces
  • 4.break one whole egg and 1 egg white in it
  • 5. cook for 3 or 4 minutes
