When and where are you holding Pure Results camps ?

For April and May, we are in Parknasilla Resort & Spa Holiday Lodges, Co. Kerry.

From June to September, we are in Mount Falcon Estate, Co. Mayo. Mount Falcon Estate is just 2hr 40 mins from Dublin on the M4.

What is “shared occupancy/accommodation” v “single occupancy”?

Shared occupancy is sharing a twin room with another person. Most people opt for this. We do our very best to match people based on common interests and ages etc. (We get this right every time!)

Single occupancy is a double room with an ensuite.

Do many people come on their own?

Most people do come to our fitness retreats on their own with an open mind and happy to make new friends!

How many people might be on any given week?

We like to keep our groups small in order to guarantee the focus and attention each client deserves.

On a typical 7 day course, maximum numbers are 25. On a typical 4 day course, maximum numbers are 30.

What level of fitness do I need to be?

Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and everyone pushes themselves as much as they possibly can.

There is no competition between clients and everyone is there to improve their current level, be it weightloss, maintenance, strength and conditioning, toning or all of the above.

In all of our camps we have people of all ages, sizes and abilities – from 16yrs – 65yrs young!

What do I need to bring?

We send you your full kitlist and a pre-camp preparation guide to detoxing. Certain items may stay the same but others change depending on time of year.

Is the focus mainly on losing weight?

The focus is on whatever the individual client wants.

Some people are focused on losing weight and need a kickstart back to a healthy lifestyle, some people are focused on maintaining their current weight but want to prepare for a big race.

Our Pure Results team are focused on the following:

–    Teaching and informing

–    Motivating and supporting

–   Bringing energy

–    No judging

–    Switching off

–    Changing mindsets

–    Goal setting

–    Mindfulness

–    Mental fitness

–    Getting results for clients

And finally, but most importantly..

–    Having the craic and the most fun we can possibly have!

We take deposits over the phone and are non-refundable. Installments can be taken over the phone also, or alternatively through our bank:

Make sure to reference your payment!!

What are the arrival/check-in and departure/check-out times?

Arrival: For our weekend camps and week long retreats, clients arrive from 6pm on Friday evening (applicable to both locations). This allows time for introductions, settling in plus a healthy dinner and means that you are ready to go at 7am on Saturday morning. In the majority of cases, clients will not have to take Friday off work etc.

Departure: For our weekend camps, departure is on Monday after dinner. For week long retreats, departure is mid-morning the following Friday.

Do you offer transfers and transportation?

We endeavour to make clients’ journey as comfortable as possible. If a client is not in a position to drive, we try to make car pooling an option.

How does that work? A couple of weeks prior to camp, all clients are asked their ETAs, where they are travelling from and whether or not they are in a position to car pool and carry another person. In most cases this works very well.

If you are attending a camp in Parknasilla, the nearest airports are Cork aiport and Farranfore airport. We can organise collection from either of these at an extra cost.

Likewise we can arrange collections from train and bus stations at an extra cost.
