When and where are you holding Pure Results camps ?

What is “shared occupancy/accommodation” v “single occupancy”?

Shared occupancy is sharing a twin room with another person. Since Covid19, we ask that you choose to share a room with a member of your family or a friend. Until new guidelines have been announced we can no longer pair people together who do not know each other. 

Single occupancy is a double room.

The accommodation for the retreats are in luxury hotel rooms, not lodges on the grounds of the hotel as we had been using previously.  This is to ensure we can practice safe social distancing.

Do many people come on their own?

Most people do come to our fitness retreats on their own with an open mind and happy to make new friends!

How many people might be there on any given week?

We like to keep our groups small in order to guarantee the focus and attention each client deserves. Also to ensure we can adhere to safe social distancing guidelines.

On a typical 5 day course, maximum numbers are 20 approx. On a typical 2/3 day course, maximum numbers are 25 approx.

What level of fitness do I need to be?

Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and everyone pushes themselves as much as they possibly can.

There is no competition between clients and everyone is there to improve their current level, be it weightloss, maintenance, strength and conditioning, toning or all of the above.

In all of our camps we have people of all ages, sizes and abilities – from 16yrs – 65yrs young!

What do I need to bring?

We send you your full kit list and a pre-camp preparation guide to detoxing. Certain items may stay the same but others change depending on time of year. Activities also vary depending on the time of year and location of camp.

Is the focus mainly on losing weight?

For most people, yes. But the focus is on whatever the individual client wants. Some people are focused on losing weight and need a kickstart back to a healthy lifestyle, some people are focused on maintaining their current weight and just want a healthy few days away.

What is the payment plan and how do I pay?

Clients can either pay in full online or you can spread your payments out over 2, 3 , 4, 5 or 6 weeks.

What are the arrival/check-in and departure/check-out times?

Arrival and departure times differ depending on the week or weekend. Please contact us for definite check in and check out times.

Generally, for our week long camps we check in Fridays from 5pm and departure is the following Friday c. 11am.

For our 5 day camps, Check in is Sunday from 4pm, check out Friday c. 12pm 

For our 3 day camps, check in is from 5pm on Friday and departure is Monday c. 3.30pm.

Do you offer transfers and transportation?

We endeavour to make clients’ journey as comfortable as possible. If a client is not in a position to drive, we try to make car pooling an option.

How does that work? The week of camp, all clients are asked their ETAs, where they are travelling from and whether or not they are in a position to car pool and carry another person. In most cases this works very well.

We do not handle transfers from airport/train/bus stations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds available up to 21 days prior to camp starts. Deposits are non-refundable.
