  • A towel
  • A bottle of water
  • A step
  • 2 dumb bells/ weights/ kettle bells/ bags of sugar.

Workout breakdown

  • Warm up
  • Circuit A for 10 minutes

30-60 seconds rest

  • Repeat circuit A for 10 minutes

30-60 seconds rest

  • Core combination includes 5 rounds with 30-60 seconds rest between each
  • Stretching sequence and peak posture
    Circuit A: 10 minutes
  • Jump squats 15
  • Weighted lunges 24
  • Sumo squats 50
  • Weighted step ups 24

* loop the exercises for 10 minutes
30-60 seconds between each

Then repeat
Core combo includes:

  • Plank on forearms, 30 seconds, (adapted – drop to the knees.)
  • Transition to high plank, 30 seconds (adapted – drop to the knees.)
  • 10 yoga push ups;
  • Downward dog to full push up or adapted push up on the knees.

*Complete a total of five rounds with 30-60seconds rest between

Your peak posture is “downward facing dog”. You’re aiming for an upside down V shape, bend the knees to allow length through the spine.
