It is possible to eat well, be healthy and have tasty food. We cram your meals with good stuff so you lose weight and stay nourished. That means colour, variety and dishes bursting with flavour. More than a temporary fix, we want to set you on a healthy path that you can keep up post­ bootcamp. You’ll feel revitalised, detoxed and ready to take on the world!

It doesn’t matter if you’re fighting fit or falling behind, we welcome all fitness levels.  Our varied fitness programme mixes high-intensity workouts with low impact classes so you can burn those calories without burning out. It starts and ends with you so the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it.


We combine exercise with life coaching, nutrition workshops and cooking demos to have a more rounded approach to your wellbeing. Our goal is to help you feel more confident and empowered to take on new challenges and succeed. An open mind is a happy one, so we help you reassess your goals and tap into your vision and purpose in life.

Get away from it all in a rustic setting, forget about everyday life and discover that raw and wild side! Training outdoors really is something special and our retreat gives you that in spades. This year we are in two great locations – Kerry and Westmeath where you can exercise out in the fresh air to clear your head. Imagine settling into your cosy quarters after a long, hard day of training. Chill out with the group, admire the view or just go for a nap.
